Or. Admin. Code § 603-007-0180 - Application Period and Payment Prioritization

(1) The Department will establish an initial Application period for Persons to complete and submit an Application.

(2) The Department may administer additional Application periods.

(3) Disbursements of forgivable loan assistance for approved Recipients will be subject to available funds and priorities given to the following:

(a) Those with the highest percentage of revenue loss;

(b) Those qualifying as a historically underserved producer; and

(c) Those that had less than $350,000 Gross Farm Income in the calendar year 2021.

(4) The Department will provide funds to Lending Institutions for forgivable loan disbursements following the applicable Application period and based on random lottery-based selection following prioritization in (3) of this rule subject to available funds.

(5) Notwithstanding the priorities in (3) of this rule, Recipients in Jefferson County will be prioritized until 14 percent of available funds are disbursed to Jefferson County Recipients.
