Or. Admin. Code § 603-011-1215 - Import Requirements - Brucellosis
In addition to the requirements of OAR 603-011-1100 and all other import requirements, the following shall apply to the importation of any species of livestock susceptible to brucellosis:
(1) Wild-captured cervids over six months of
age shall test negative for brucellosis no more than 30 days prior to entry
into Oregon.
(2) Privately owned
cervids originating in a herd classified by USDA as a Certified
Brucellosis-Free Cervid Herd do not require a brucellosis test prior to entry
into Oregon. Privately owned cervids originating in any other herd shall test
negative for brucellosis no more than 30 days prior to entry into Oregon. When
brucellosis is confirmed in a herd, the entire herd shall be denied entry into
Oregon.
