Or. Admin. Code § 603-022-0350 - Advertisements
(1) No person shall
in any manner advertise the price of any eggs for sale at retail without
including in the advertisement a prominent statement of the correct grade and
size of such eggs according to the grades and standards prescribed by this
order.
(2) No eggs other than grade
AA or A shall be sold, offered for sale, or advertised for sale in any manner
as "fresh eggs," "ranch eggs," "farm eggs," or to represent the same to be
fresh.
(3) The provisions of
section (1) and (2) of this rule do not apply to a producer selling ungraded
eggs of his own production on the premises where such eggs are
produced.
