Or. Admin. Code § 603-048-2380 - Site Requirements for Labeling, Storing, and Securing Pre-Tested Industrial Hemp for Human Consumption or Hemp Items; Recordkeeping
(1) After a laboratory has taken samples from
a harvest or process lot batch, the grower or handler must:
(a) Label the batch with the following
information:
(A) The grower or handler's
license number;
(B) The harvest or
process lot identifier;
(C) The
name and accreditation number of the laboratory that took samples and the name
and accreditation number of the laboratory responsible for the testing, if
different;
(D) The test batch or
sample unique identification numbers supplied by the laboratory
personnel;
(E) The date the samples
were taken; and
(F) In bold,
capital letters, no smaller than 12 point font, "ITEM NOT TESTED."
(b) Store and secure the batch in
a manner that prevents the industrial hemp for human consumption or hemp item
from being tampered with or transferred prior to test results being
reported.
(c) Be able to easily
locate a batch stored and secured under subsection (1)(b) of this rule and
provide that location to the Department or a laboratory upon request.
(2) If the samples pass testing,
the batch of industrial hemp for human consumption or hemp items satisfies the
testing required by ORS
571.330 and these
rules.
(3) If the samples do not
pass testing, the grower or handler must comply with OAR
603-048-2450.
