Or. Admin. Code § 603-052-1370 - Civil Penalties

(1) In addition to any applicable fine or other penalty, the Department may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 if a person violates these rules or the conditions of a permit obtained from the Department pursuant to OAR 603-052-1340 above.
