Or. Admin. Code § 603-052-3010 - Applicability
(1) The
responsibility for the eradication and control of uncontrolled cannabis rests
on cannabis producers, individual landowners and operators and any other
persons who may be responsible for the establishment or spread of uncontrolled
cannabis.
(2) Nothing in these
rules exempts any person from complying with any other applicable
laws.
