Or. Admin. Code § 619-001-0030 - Definitions

For purposes of these rules, the following definitions apply.

(1) "Board" means the Oregon Wine Board established pursuant to ORS 576.753.
(2) "Director" means the director of the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department.
