Or. Admin. Code § 629-001-0030 - Transmittal of Questions to the Agency
(1) Questions transmitted to the agency, as
provided for in OAR 137-003-0635 in the Attorney
General's Model and Uniform Rules, shall be transmitted to the State
Forester.
(2) Response may be made
by the State Forester or the State Forester's delegate.
