Or. Admin. Code § 632-010-0176 - Supervision of Open-Flow and Pressure Tests
All tests made in determining the potential flow and shut-in, well-head, or bottom hole pressure of a gas well must be conducted by the permittee and may be monitored by the department to ensure that:
(1) Initial flow to the surface is
accomplished during daylight hours;
(2) Gas will be flared during tests when
feasible; and
(3) Proper safety
precautions are taken to prevent fire or explosion during tests.
