Or. Admin. Code § 643-010-0010 - Assessments

Any person who is first purchaser as defined in ORS Chapter 576, shall deduct and withhold two cents per pound (002.0) from the price to the producer, on and after September 1, 2024, on a dried weight basis, for all purchases from the producer of hops produced in Oregon.
