Or. Admin. Code § 660-004-0030 - Notice and Adoption of an Exception
(1) Goal 2 requires that each notice of a
public hearing on a proposed exception shall specifically note that a goal
exception is proposed and shall summarize the issues in an understandable
manner.
(2) A planning exception
takes effect when the comprehensive plan or plan amendment is adopted by the
city or county governing body. Adopted exceptions will be reviewed by the
Commission when the comprehensive plan is reviewed for compliance with the
goals through the acknowledgment or periodic review processes under OAR chapter
660, divisions 3 or 25, and by the Board when a plan amendment is reviewed as a
post-acknowledgment plan amendment pursuant to OAR chapter 660, division
18.
