Or. Admin. Code § 660-030-0045 - Submittal of Agency Coordination Programs
(1) Upon a request by the Commission pursuant
to a schedule developed by the Director, each state agency shall submit a
coordination program to the Department. The agency shall provide the Department
with seven copies of its coordination program unless the agency and the
Director mutually agree to a different number of copies. Copies of the program
shall be available for public review during regular business hours at the
Department's Salem office and the central office of the submitting agency.
Copies shall also be available during scheduled business hours at the
Department's field offices and any regional offices of the submitting
agency.
(2) Upon receipt of an
agency coordination program, the Director shall review the submittal to
determine whether the agency's request contains the information and documents
required by OAR 660-030-0060.
(3) If the submittal is not complete, the
Director shall, in writing, request any additional documents or information
needed to make the submittal complete.
(4) The 90-day review period in ORS
197.180(3)
shall commence upon notification in writing by the Director that the agency's
submittal is complete.
