Or. Admin. Code § 690-001-0005 - Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure, Adoption

The Water Resources Commission adopted the January 1, 2008 edition of the Attorney General's Uniform and Model Rules for Rulemaking. The Water Resources Department and the Water Resources Commission must follow the Uniform and Model Rules in all matters, except where a different procedure is prescribed by statute.
