Or. Admin. Code § 690-093-0050 - Pre-Application Conferences
(1) A
pre-application conference may be requested by prospective applicants.
(2) The Department may request,
and the applicant must provide 14 days prior to the conference, adequate
project information to prepare for the pre-application conference.
(3) At the pre-application conference, the
Department shall inform the prospective applicant of:
(a) The procedural and substantive
requirements of a loan or grant application;
(b) The scoring system used to evaluate loan
and grant requests; and
(c) Any
known issues associated with project eligibility for a loan or grant from the
account.
(4) The
prospective applicant may request additional pre-application consultation with
the Department.
