Or. Admin. Code § 690-095-0015 - Eligibility: Applicant and Project
(1) To be eligible, an applicant must be a
qualified water developer seeking to finance a water development project in the
Columbia River Basin under the loan program.
(2) To be eligible, projects shall meet the
definition of a "water development project" as defined in ORS
541.600.
