Or. Admin. Code § 733-030-0200 - Fees and Installation

(1) Upon the approval of an application for a marker, the Committee shall direct the installation of the marker.
(2) Fees are determined by the total cost of the marker. Fees are payable prior to incurring any design or production costs.
(3) Council funds available for markers may be used in combination with local sponsorship funding.
(4) Agencies, organizations or entities may elect to co-sponsor markers while following program guidelines.
