Or. Admin. Code § 734-020-0480 - Traffic Signal Progression Analysis for Traffic Signal Approval
(1) A traffic
signal progression analysis is required for both existing and future conditions
when a proposed traffic signal location is within one half mile of any existing
or proposed new traffic signal. The STRE may require traffic signal progression
analysis for spacing greater than one half mile.
(2) A traffic signal progression analysis for
all new or modified approaches at traffic signals on state highways may be
required for both existing and future conditions.
