Or. Admin. Code § 734-060-0180 - Restricted Sign Permits
(1) This
rule is enacted under the authority of ORS
377.725(14).
(2) A Restricted Permit may be issued for
non-conforming signs that were legally located prior to May 31, 2007, where no
compensation has been exchanged for the sign's placement or the message(s)
displayed, including signs that were permitted, prior to 2007 as a Business
Identification or Directional (BID) signs.
(3) Restricted Permits have no relocation or
reconstruction benefits. Signs permitted under a Restricted Permit may be
maintained, but may not be reconstructed or relocated,
(4) Restricted Permits may not be
aggregated.
