Or. Admin. Code § 734-062-0100 - Applicability and Purpose
(1) The
purpose of these regulations is to establish standards for the Department of
Transportation to erect official traffic control signs to identify to motorists
that they are entering a federally recognized viticultural area.
(2) These regulations are applicable to the
Interstate System and freeways. The Department may not consider applications
under these rules for signs off the Interstate System or freeways.
