Or. Admin. Code § 734-079-0005 - Scope and Purpose

A combination of vehicles consisting of a log truck and pole trailer equipped for self loading and transporting logs may operate with a permit allowing the weight provisions of ORS 818.210(3) only if:

(1) The combination does not exceed the maximum allowable length limitations established in OAR Chapter 734, Division 71; and
(2) The combination meets any other restrictions that may be imposed pursuant to ORS 818.
