Or. Admin. Code § 735-062-0295 - Fee for Real ID Credentials
In addition to any fee imposed by ORS 807.370 or 807.410, DMV shall impose a fee of $30 for each original, renewed or replacement Real ID credential to cover the costs related to issuing Real IDs.
