These sections of Chapter 736, Oregon Administrative Rules establish:
(1) Organization and duties
of the State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation.
(2) State Historic Preservation Office staff
responsibilities to the Committee and procedures for conducting the National
Register of Historic Places program.
(3) Procedures for Committee review and
approval of nominations to the National Register.
(4) Procedures relating to the Committee and
conflict-of- interest.
