Or. Admin. Code § 750-040-0020 - Separate Violations
Each violation of a law assigned to the State Board of Towing for administration, an administrative rule adopted by the Board, or an Order issued by the Board is a separate violation subject to separate Board disciplinary actions and sanctions, including, but not limited to, civil penalties assessed by the Board.
