Or. Admin. Code § 750-040-0040 - Enforcement
(1) The
State Board of Towing may issue a Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action for violation(s) of the laws
administered, or administrative rules adopted, by the Board.
(2)
The Board Administrator or the Administrator's designee will have the authority to negotiate and approve a
stipulated settlement at any time prior to the effective date of a Final Order issued by the Board.
