Or. Admin. Code § 804-027-0010 - Registered Landscape Architect

(1) Documents bearing the Registered Landscape Architect's stamp and signature shall be those prepared by or under the direct supervision and responsible charge of the Registered Landscape Architect.
(2) The stamp with the Registered Landscape Architect's signature shall appear on the title page of construction specifications, every sheet of the plan drawings, and on all other final drafts of professional documents prepared by or under the direct supervision and responsible charge of the Registered Landscape Architect.
(3) A Registered Landscape Architect shall not affix or allow the professional stamp to be affixed to any professional documents not personally prepared by the Registered Landscape Architect or under the direct supervision and responsible charge of the Registered Landscape Architect.
(4) The terms 'Direct Supervision', 'Final Draft', and 'Responsible Charge' have the meanings given in OAR 804-003-0000.
(5) For any final draft of a professional document developed in collaboration with another licensed design professional, the Registered Landscape Architect shall indicate within the document in some manner the portion(s) for which in responsible charge and stamp and sign the portion(s) accordingly.
(6) A Registered Landscape Architect shall document modifications made to professional documents that were stamped and signed by either stamping and signing a modified version or otherwise providing the client or agency with a clear record of the modifications made in responsible charge.
