Or. Admin. Code § 806-020-0085 - Incompetency
Under the provisions of ORS 671.090(4), an architect is incompetent in the practice of architecture if any of the following have occurred:
(1) Been adjudicated
mentally incompetent by a court.
(2) Engaged in conduct which evidenced a lack
of ability or fitness to discharge the duty and responsibility owed by the
individual architect or architectural firm to a client or to the general
public; or
(3) Engaged in conduct
which evidenced a lack of knowledge of, or an inability to apply, the
principles or skills of the architectural profession.
