(1) The course required under ORS 671.595 must consist of the following subjects:¶

(a) License Requirements.;¶

(b) Insurance/Bonding.;¶

(c) Employment Law.;¶

(d) Contracts.;¶

(e) Supervision.;¶

(f) Claims/Dispute Resolution.;¶

(g) Lien Law.;¶

(h) Building Codes/Permits.;¶

(i) Safety/Hazard Communication.;¶

(j) Communications; and¶

(k) Estimating.¶

(2) The course material may consist of the Laws, Rules & Business Practices Guide.
