Or. Admin. Code § 809-060-0001 - Appointment of Board Members
(1)
The Public Member shall be appointed by the Governor.
(2) The Governor may select and appoint any
qualified Registered Geologist to fill a Board geologist position.
(3) If the Governor does not appoint a
licensee to fill the expired term of an existing Board member, those members
shall continue to serve until replaced.
