Or. Admin. Code § 812-006-0160 - Pre-Licensure Training Requirements for NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors
(1) RMIs that pass the NASCLA Accredited
Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors and the Oregon
pre-licensure test satisfy the pre-licensure training requirement in ORS
701.122 by studying the material
contained in the reference list published by NASCLA or by any state that uses
or accepts the NASCLA examination.
(2) Reference study materials may include,
but are not limited to:
(a) BCSI: Guide to
Good Practice for Handling, Installing, Restraining and Bracing of Metal Plate
Connected Wood Trusses;
(b)
Construction Jobsite Management;
(c) NASCLA Contractors' Guide to Business,
Law and Project Management;
