Or. Admin. Code § 812-006-0164 - Pre-License Training Alternative
Applicants whose RMI's complete and pass the Contractor Pre-License Business, Law, and Project Management, Training Institute course, developed by an Oregon community college Small Business Development Center, under an Intergovernmental Agreement, will satisfy the pre-licensure training requirement and testing requirement set forth in ORS 701.122.
