Or. Admin. Code § 812-030-0010 - Testing
(1) The board shall
provide and administer a test to each applicant for a locksmith
certificate.
(2) The test shall
demonstrate the competency of the applicant to act as a locksmith.
(3) The applicant must correctly answer 100
percent of the questions to pass the test.
