Or. Admin. Code § 812-030-0220 - Requirements for Certificate Renewal
A certified locksmith shall submit the following to the board for renewal of the locksmith's certificate:
(1) Renewal application information as
required by the board;
(2) The fee
established in OAR 812-030-0250; and
(3) If applicable, the CCB license number of
the business owned by or employing the applicant.
