Or. Admin. Code § 813-201-0130 - Use of Funds

(1) Use of COV-OEAP funds must be in compliance with COV-OEAP requirements for eligible households.
(2) To the extent of available funding, program services includes providing energy assistance payments to eligible households.
(3) The awarded amount of an energy assistance payment per qualifying household using COV-OEAP funds will follow a payment minimum and maximum, separate from that of the program manual, as determined by OHCS.
