Or. Admin. Code § 820-010-5010 - Qualification for Certification as a Water Right Examiner
(1) To qualify for certification as a Water
Right Examiner, an Applicant must successfully pass the Certified Water Right
Examiner examination offered by the Oregon Water Resources Department and
administered by the Board; and
(2)
Pay the wall certificate and initial certification fee.
