Or. Admin. Code § 836-042-0304 - Fictitious Arrangement Prohibited
(1) No insurer shall sell insurance under a
mass marketing plan to members of any association without the approval of the
Commissioner.
(2) The Commissioner
will not approve any mass marketing plan unless it meets the requirements of
ORS 737.346(3)(d).
