(1) The method used in determining the
standard for the minimum valuation of reserves of preneed insurance shall be
the method defined in ORS
733.306 and
733.310.
(2) The method used in determining the
standard for the minimum nonforfeiture values for preneed insurance shall be
the method defined in ORS
743.215,
743.216 and
743.221.
