Or. Admin. Code § 836-071-0127 - Examination Scores
(1) For the
purpose of obtaining authorization to transact a category or class of
insurance, an applicant passes an examination for the class or category when
the applicant obtains a score of 70 percent or higher, with the exception of a
crop insurance adjuster examination, for which the minimum passing score is 80
percent.
(2) An applicant for a
surplus lines licensee's license must take a written examination approved by
the Director and must achieve a score of 70 percent or higher.
