Or. Admin. Code § 836-071-0346 - Denial of Consent
(1) If the
Director determines that a written consent to engage in the business of
insurance should be denied to an applicant, the Director shall issue the denial
in writing and shall notify the applicant of rights of review of the Director's
determination.
(2) If the Director
determines that the crime committed by the applicant is not one to which
18 U.S.C. Section
1033 applies, the Director shall so inform
the applicant at the time of granting or denying the license application or, in
response to a consent application.
