Or. Admin. Code § 839-011-0401 - Youth Apprenticeship - Program Approval
(1) Council approval of the youth program is
required prior to implementation.
(2) Youth apprenticeship committees and
standards must meet the requirements outlined in these rules for adult
apprenticeship programs.
(3) Youth
standards must directly relate to an apprenticeable occupation recognized by
federal Office of Apprenticeship.
