Or. Admin. Code § 839-011-0404 - Youth Apprenticeship - Employer Training Agents
(1) Youth apprenticeship committees shall
develop a process for the purpose of approving training agents to participate
in the program.
(2) Employers must
apply in writing to the appropriate committee requesting authorization to
participate. The committee will review the request and respond in writing with
a copy to the Director.
(3)
Approved youth apprenticeship training agents in the building and construction
trades shall be permitted only one (1) youth apprentice without concurrently
training/hiring adult apprentices.
