Or. Admin. Code § 839-014-0170 - Scope of Examinations
(1) The
License Unit shall provide written examinations as the commissioner deems
necessary.
(2) The License Unit
shall provide all materials required for the examinations except hand-held
calculators or slide rules that may be used by the applicant.
(3) All examinations shall be "closed
book."
(4) A written examination
shall not exceed three hours.
