Or. Admin. Code § 845-025-1290 - Licensee Responsibility

A licensee is responsible for:

(1) The violation of any administrative rule of the Commission; any provision of ORS chapter 475C affecting the licensee's license privileges.
(2) Any act or omission of a licensee representative in violation of any administrative rule of the Commission or any provision of ORS chapter 475C affecting the licensee's license privileges.
