Or. Admin. Code § 845-025-7170 - Packaging and Labeling Prohibited Conduct
The Commission may impose a civil penalty of up to $500 per day per violation for any of the following:
(1) Failure to comply with these
rules.
(2) Transferring, selling or
offering to sell a marijuana item or industrial hemp commodity or product for
ultimate sale to a consumer to another licensee that is not packaged or labeled
in accordance with these rules.
(3)
Failing to receive package and label approval prior to transferring, selling,
or offering for sale a marijuana item or industrial hemp commodity or product
that is for ultimate sale to a consumer.
(4) Transferring, selling, or offering for
sale a marijuana item or industrial hemp commodity or product that has not
received package or label approval.
(5) Selling or offering to sell a marijuana
item or industrial hemp commodity or product under a different label or package
than what was approved.
(6) Selling
a marijuana item or industrial hemp commodity or product in a package that is
not resealable and continually child-resistant as required by these
rules.
