Or. Admin. Code § 845-025-8560 - Inspections
(1) The
Commission may conduct:
(a) An inspection at
any time to ensure that a registrant, licensee or permittee is in compliance
with ORS 475C or these rules; or
(b) Compliance transactions in order to
determine whether a licensee or permittee is complying with ORS 475C or these
rules.
(2) A licensee,
licensee representative, or permittee must cooperate with the Commission during
an inspection.
(3) If licensee,
licensee representative or permittee fails to permit the Commission to conduct
an inspection the Commission may seek an investigative subpoena to inspect the
premises and gather books, payrolls, accounts, papers, documents or
records.
