Or. Admin. Code § 847-070-0039 - Registration
(1) Upon Board
approval of an applicant to be licensed to practice acupuncture, the applicant
must pay the registration fee before being issued a certificate.
(2) An application for renewal of the
biennial registration and the statutory registration fee shall be submitted to
the Oregon Medical Board prior to midnight June 30 of every even-numbered
year.
(3) Upon failure to comply
with section (1) and (2) of this rule, the license shall lapse as per ORS
677.228.
