Or. Admin. Code § 851-070-0075 - Approval of Worksite Monitors

Board approved worksite monitors must:

(1) Be a Registered nurse with an unencumbered license or other identified health professional who holds an unencumbered license, as approved by the Board.
(2) Conduct routine observation and monitoring of licensee's performance. The worksite monitor may serve as the supervisor if the observation requirements are delegated to another licensed individual who meets the requirements.
(3) Provide evidence of relevant specialized education as approved by the Board.
(4) Agree in writing to perform the worksite monitor role.
(5) Complete a written report with input from worksite monitors.
