Or. Admin. Code § 855-080-0065 - Security

(1) All applicants and registrants as applicable to the registration classification must comply with the security requirements of 21 CFR 1301.01 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.02 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.71 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.72 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.73 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.74 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.75 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.76 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.77 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.90 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.91 (04/01/2023), 21 CFR 1301.92 (04/01/2023), and 21 CFR 1301.93 (04/01/2023).
(2) The security requirements of (1) of this rule apply to all controlled substances, as defined in these rules, including ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine.
(3) Applicants and registrants must guard against theft and diversion of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine.
