Or. Admin. Code § 855-143-0130 - Drug: Loss
A PPL and its PPL Affiliated Pharmacy must:
(1) Ensure that disasters, accidents and
emergencies which may affect the strength, purity, or labeling of drugs or
devices are reported to the board immediately.
(2) Ensure that confirmed significant drug
loss or any loss related to suspected drug theft is reported to the board
within one business day.
