Or. Admin. Code § 856-025-0055 - Periodic Tariff Review Process

(1) On a biennial basis beginning in 2019, the Board shall conduct a review of the current tariff in effect for the prior 24 months for all pilotage grounds.

(2) The tariff review shall include a reading by all Board members of:

(a) Pilot Organization financial reports as specified in OAR 856-025-0050; and

(b) The Board's previous year's Annual Report.

(3) The tariff review shall include the Board making available to the public:

(a) Pilot Organization financial reports as specified in OAR 856-025-0050;

(b) A notation of the current target net pilot income, as adjusted pursuant to any automatic adjustments ordered, in a cover letter.

(4) The tariff review shall not include Board commentary, inquiry, or analysis.

(5) The tariff review shall not include tariff adjustments based on approved capital improvements or expenses authorized by the Transportation Oversight Committee.
