Or. Admin. Code § 859-050-0010 - Scheduling of Hearings
(1) The
scheduling of hearings will be driven by the statutory timelines found in ORS
Chapter 161.
(2) Hospital requests
for conditional release hearings will generally be prioritized over other types
of hearings.
(3) Frequent docketing
changes are common. For the most up-to-date information, Board staff should be
contacted at least one day before the scheduled hearing.
(4) The order of hearings on a given hearings
day is generally not available until at least two (2) days before the hearing
and is subject to change.
(5)
Victims, witnesses and interested parties are encouraged to notify Board staff
immediately of hearings-day time constraints. The Board considers reasonable
scheduling restrictions from victims, witnesses and the parties.
